Following a recent recruitment drive, Podium is delighted to announce that we have appointed Gabriela Ene as our new CAD Technician.

Podium has been appointed as the Designer and Contract Administrator for fire safety improvement works at Walton Charity's Fenner House and Mayfield properties, both independent living accommodations for people aged 55 and over.

As part of her role at Podium, Rosie is furthering the development of new safety services, diversifying and strengthening our offerings to clients. Demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence, Rosie has recently completed the RIBA Principal Designer course for Higher Risk Buildings (HRB).

Podium Surveying was appointed to survey and provide a condition report on cracking to a brick panel noted to the Saxonbury block, Albion Hill Estate in Brighton. It was clear from our survey's findings that proactively engaging with the residents of the block was going to be critical to getting their support for future works.
