Rosie Sonnenschein completes prestigious RIBA Principal Designer course for Higher Risk Buildings

In April, Podium welcomed Rosie Sonnenschein BA (Hons), M Arch, PGDip ARB, as our new Senior Project Manager. With over a decade of experience in the construction sector, Rosie’s extensive knowledge and expertise make her an invaluable addition as Podium continues to expand and take on new challenges.

As part of her role at Podium, Rosie is furthering the development of new safety services, diversifying and strengthening our offerings to clients. Demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence, Rosie has recently completed the RIBA Principal Designer course for Higher Risk Buildings (HRB). This prestigious course is undertaken by only a select group of architects, and we are proud to support Rosie’s ongoing professional development.

The RIBA Principal Designer course provides participants with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to meet the industry’s high standards. Upon completion, attendees receive a certificate that validates their expertise in the role of a Principal Designer—a credential that is increasingly recognised and valued by clients, stakeholders, and external bodies.
