Building safety related projects

Brick by Brick initially engaged Podium to assess some significant condensation and damp ingress problems in relation to 77 Trafalgar Avenue, Peckham London. Following the detailed investigation and feasibility stage this role then expanded to full design and on-site Contract Administration and quality control of the works.

Anthony and Roderick House, Southwark

Podium Surveying provided Lead Designer, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer services for a housing provider on this significant refurbishment and external wall insulation remediation project in Aldershot, Hampshire, with the scheme completed in October 2023.

Stafford House and Alexander House, Aldershot

The Boardwalk Directors Ltd appointed Podium Surveying to conduct a cladding review on six residential buildings in Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. The Boardwalk is a development of six leasehold residential buildings, managed by Fell Reynolds on behalf of the Leaseholders.
