We are pleased to announce that the London Borough of Bexley has officially approved Podium Surveying to provide our expert services throughout their borough

Following Podium's growth over the past year, we are delighted to welcome Rosie Sonnenschein BA (Hons), M Arch, PGDip ARB to the team as Senior Project Manager.

As part of her role at Podium, Rosie is furthering the development of new safety services, diversifying and strengthening our offerings to clients. Demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence, Rosie has recently completed the RIBA Principal Designer course for Higher Risk Buildings (HRB).

Podium has been appointed as the Designer and Contract Administrator for fire safety improvement works at Walton Charity's Fenner House and Mayfield properties, both independent living accommodations for people aged 55 and over.
