Podium appoints new Building Surveyor

We are delighted to welcome Robert Daley and Wojciech Chorzepa to the Podium team, bringing with them a wealth of expertise across cost management, contract administration, and design. Their combined backgrounds in both client-side consultancy and contractor delivery bring a rounded, practical perspective that will be of immediate benefit to our clients and projects.
Robert joins Podium as Senior Project Manager with over 13 years of hands-on experience and a proven track record across both contractor and client/consultant environments, working previously for Airey Miller and Mears Group with a particular specialism in refurbishment and fire safety projects. His background gives him a dual perspective that proves invaluable when advising clients and managing complex programmes. His skills will be a significant asset as Podium continues to grow its portfolio of services.
Wojciech brings architectural experience gained across both the UK and Polish markets to the role of Project Manager with Podium. With a strong background spanning concept design through to construction documentation, his experience of working on complex, multidisciplinary projects gives him a broad and highly practical skill set. His technical precision and design awareness will support our clients through the earlier stages of project development, from feasibility and planning through to detailed design coordination.
Together, Robert and Wojciech represent a strong addition to the Podium team. Their complementary skill sets, spanning commercial management, contract administration, architectural design and cross-disciplinary coordination, mean we are even better placed to support our clients from initial appraisal right through to project completion, further strengthening our ability to deliver an exceptional service.
