Podium appoints new Senior Project Manager

Following Podium’s growth over the past year, we are delighted to welcome Rosie Sonnenschein BA (Hons), M Arch, PGDip ARB to the team. Rosie is highly qualified, with over 10 years of experience in the construction sector. Her strengths include conceptual and strategic analysis, communication, and project management and building safety. In her most recent role as Building Safety Project Manager for Peabody, Rosie worked with some of the largest social housing providers in the country, helping them navigate the new Building Safety Act requirements and better understand and minimise the structural and fire risks within their properties.

Her new role as Senior Project Manager will focus on project delivery, providing dedicated supervision and support on Podium’s growing number of projects, ensuring a balanced and efficient approach to project execution.  She will also develop new safety services, further diversifying and strengthening Podium’s offer to their clients.

Rosie’s passions include the history and design of social housing; and sustainability with an emphasis on circular economy principles and urban wildlife.
