This advanced scanner is a fast and precise tool which captures high-quality data efficiently, reducing the need for further surveys and reworking drawings.  With a scan range of up to 150 metres and high scan speeds, our clients benefit from our significant workflow efficiencies by harnessing some of the most cutting-edge technology in our sector.

Samnit Heer, Assistant Building Surveyor

Samnit is a graduate building surveyor with a good understanding of building pathology, inspection, and compliance. He is developing his key building surveying skills and is working towards developing his knowledge and experience to undertake his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence in the future. In addition to building surveying, Samnit has a keen interest in Building Information Modelling and seeing the positive contribution modelling can make to the design, specification and management of buildings.
