Podium was engaged as both Employer’s Agent and Party Wall Surveyor for a construction project at St Faiths Road, involving the demolition of an old Victorian house and the construction of a new block of nine flats

The Boardwalk Directors Ltd appointed Podium Surveying to conduct a cladding review on six residential buildings in Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. The Boardwalk is a development of six leasehold residential buildings, managed by Fell Reynolds on behalf of the Leaseholders.

Podium Surveying was appointed to survey and provide a condition report on cracking to a brick panel noted to the Saxonbury block, Albion Hill Estate. The defect was identified during the replacement balcony railings and concrete repair works but is otherwise unconnected to this contract.
