Two new appointments with United Living

We’re very pleased to announce we’ve been appointed by United Living to assist on the survey and design of works to the Lisson Green Estate in the Marylebone area of London. Our role includes the identification, design & specification of external repairs to 20 purpose built mid-rise blocks of flats on the estate. The works are part of an ongoing programme to maintain the buildings and repair certain elements, such as the external facades, roofs, walkways and decorative finishes.

United Living has also instructed us to carry out fire risk assessments on four blocks of flats on the Carlton Hill Estate in the St. John’s Wood area of London. Our appointment also includes for the recommendation of repairs in relation to fire safety needed following the findings of our surveys. All of the buildings are in the ownership and management of City West Homes.
