As Employer’s Agent, Podium Surveying is playing an instrumental role in the development and execution of the Walshes Road development including:
– Site inspecting to review adherence to quality standards and programme
– Supervising monthly valuations, payments and updating cashflow forecasts
– Facilitating communication between all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
The first significant milestone of the project was achieved in July 2024, with the successful handover of the first parcel of nine new homes, swiftly followed by the handover of phase two. The successful handover of 15 plots altogether within this S106 scheme encompasses:

– 8 shared ownership homes
– A mix of 2 and 3-bedroom houses
