COVID 19 – Business Continuity

The coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic is impacting everyone, including our families and our businesses. As the situation continues to affect the world, we want to let you know that Podium Surveying LLP continues to operate as normal as possible under these unique times.

Our utmost importance is the wellbeing of our staff, our clients, our clients’ residents and other people that come into contact with our business. We’re doing what we can to protect the health of our staff, our business’s financial resilience and the livelihoods of our team.

Our business continuity plan has been implemented, which includes:

• Following government guidance and remaining vigilant to changing circumstances and recommendations
• We’ll continue to make sure our staff are supported as this crisis evolves
• Our office remains open, but extra precautions are in place concerning hygiene and visitors
• Limiting our travel and direct contact
• Using technology to facilitate online meetings and communication with clients and industry colleagues
• Working from home, using our existing cloud-based and secure systems
• When visiting sites, we’re taking extra precautions to protect our staff and those people that they come into contact with
• For the foreseeable, we’re not attending industry events or gatherings

We will continue to operate, working closely with our clients to come through these difficult and unprecedented times. As a responsible business, we are doing our bit to collectively minimise the potential damage of coronavirus, while continuing to deliver a friendly and passionate service we are known for.
