Podium has recently secured a new commission with Anglian Windows to assist them in obtaining planning permission to replace the windows on 30 residential blocks across the South of England. The blocks are owned, managed and operated by a leading registered provider, and all of the properties are located within conservation areas.

We are pleased to announce that Podium has secured BSA Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) for the refurbishment of Wiltshire House, a 17-storey residential block in Brighton. The achievement is particularly significant given that successful existing HRB refurbishment applications currently run at just 19% (HSE figures).
