Podium is pleased to welcome Marialena Kougia, Chartered Architect, as our new Senior Project Manager. Marialena joins with a wealth of experience as an architectural assistant and architectural designer and is currently studying the Principal Designer (HRB) course with RIBA.

We are pleased to announce that Podium has secured BSA Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) for the refurbishment of Wiltshire House, a 17-storey residential block in Brighton. The achievement is particularly significant given that successful existing HRB refurbishment applications currently run at just 19% (HSE figures).

Podium is delighted to announce our successful appointment as Framework Partner (Consultancy and Advisory Services) to a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) managed by ProcurePublic. This achievement is a significant milestone, opening up new opportunities for Podium to partner with public sector bodies on a diverse range of projects.

Following continued growth in our Building Surveying services, Podium is delighted to announce that Nesanth Guna has joined the team as our new Building Surveyor.
