Who we are

Stuart is a chartered building surveyor who has worked in the building industry for the past 39 years. He uses his experience on large and complex projects to ensure all projects are finished to a high standard, meet the clients’ needs, are within budget and are completed to programme.

As a Partner, Jason specialises in the role of employer’s agent on new build social housing schemes on both infill sites and estate regeneration schemes; and administration of improvement works to existing housing stock.

Julia is currently involved in projects ranging from local authority estate renovations to private extensions, CAD work and the role as Principal Designer. Julia recently finished her MSc Building Surveying degree and is on the RICS APC Building Surveying pathway.

Robert is a construction professional with over 13 years of experience spanning both contractor and client/consultant roles. With a strong specialism in refurbishment and fire safety projects, he joins Podium having previously worked with Airey Miller Surveys and Mears Group. His expertise covers cost management, valuations, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, with experience managing concurrent projects across a range of values and contract forms including JCT and NEC.

Wojtek is an architect with over 3 years of experience gained across both the UK and Polish markets. His background spans the full design process, from feasibility and planning applications through to construction documentation, with direct involvement in multidisciplinary coordination on high-end residential and specialist medical projects. In the UK, Wojtek has worked on large-scale regeneration schemes, affordable housing, and mixed-use developments.

Gabriela is a Part II RIBA qualified Architectural Assistant. She has a passion for design and construction, and gained skills working with the Architecture and Urbansim Council in Valcea City and as an Architectural Assistant for ArhiNET Plus in Romania.

Samnit is a graduate building surveyor with a good understanding of building pathology, inspection, and compliance. He is developing his key building surveying skills and is working towards developing his knowledge and experience to undertake his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence in the future. In addition to building surveying, Samnit has a keen interest in Building Information Modelling and seeing the positive contribution modelling can make to the design, specification and management of buildings.

Nesanth’s expertise spans contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, party wall matters, and rights of light assessments across residential and commercial sectors. With qualifications in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) and Architectural Technology (CIAT accredited), Nesanth has a strong foundation in both technical and practical aspects of building surveying.

Charlie is our office manager, making everything at Podium run smoothly. She works alongside the Partners and team members, organising meetings, maintaining our procedures and managing our systems so other team members don’t have to worry and can spend more time delivering their projects.
