Podium appoints new Building Surveyor

Following continued growth in our Building Surveying services, Podium is delighted to announce that Nesanth Guna has joined the team as our new Building Surveyor.

Nesanth brings extensive experience, having worked with respected firms including Howe Chartered Surveyors, Anderson Wilde & Harris, and Avison Young. His expertise spans contract administration, planned maintenance programmes, party wall matters, and rights of light assessments across residential and commercial sectors.

With qualifications in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) and Architectural Technology (CIAT accredited), Nesanth has a strong foundation in both technical and practical aspects of building surveying. His hands-on approach to project delivery, from initial scoping surveys through to completion, will be invaluable to our growing portfolio.
