New employer’s agent appointment with Aster Group

Podium is very pleased to announce it has recently secured a new employer’s agent appointment with the housing association, Aster Group. Podium is appointed through to provide post-contract services on a development of 38 affordable homes in Emsworth, a small town in Hampshire on the south coast of England, near the border of West Sussex.

Aster Group provides safety and security through being a reliable landlord and its independent living services and supplies a wide range of housing options in response to the housing crisis.

These new affordable homes are being built as part of a Section 106 development with Bellway Homes. Through this scheme, Podium is proud to be supporting Aster’s ambitious development programme, which sees this progressive housing association set to deliver over 11,800 new homes across the country by 2024.

Podium’s contract to provide employer’s agent service is estimated to run through to the winter of 2020 and we look forward to bringing you more details of this scheme over the course of its development.
