Services provided
Employer’s Agent – managing the JCT Design & Build contract on behalf of the client ensuring that the project was delivered to the highest quality standards in line with the Employer’s Requirements
Quality Control – our regular inspections revealed that the client’s Clerk of Works was underperforming and so we stepped in to provide this role at no additional cost to the client
Quantity Surveying – managing costs throughout the project and ensuring value for money for the client
